• Email address: used for account access, support, service notices, and important updates.
• Phone number: used for account identification, order coordination, support, and shop or customer communication.
• Location information: used to help customers discover nearby shops and support local ordering features. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.
• Push notification data: device tokens and notification preferences used to send order updates, account alerts, and service messages when enabled.
• Order information: order details, selected shop, items, quantities, status, timestamps, and related communication or support records.
• Technical information: device, app, log, diagnostic, and usage data used to secure and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide accounts, show relevant local shops, enable orders, send notifications, support customers and shop owners, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Customer payments are handled directly between customers and shops. TalenBazaar does not process customer payments. Shop owner subscriptions may be purchased through Razorpay, and Razorpay may process payment information according to its own policies.

Data Sharing

We may share necessary order and contact information between customers and shops to complete orders. We may also use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, support, and subscription payment processing.

Data Retention

We retain account, order, support, and technical information for as long as needed to provide TalenBazaar, resolve disputes, maintain security, comply with law, and keep appropriate business records. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep TalenBazaar protected and reliable.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account, restriction of certain processing, or withdrawal of optional permissions such as location and notifications.

Children

TalenBazaar is not intended for children who are not legally able to use online marketplace services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
