Operator Status and Country
TalenBazaar is currently operated as an independent digital platform based in India. TalenBazaar is the platform name used for the service and is not presented as a registered company or other incorporated entity.
Information We Collect
We collect account and contact details, delivery address and order information, shop and product listings, product images, cart activity, Platform Service Fee payment references, device and app diagnostics, security events, and privacy preference records needed to provide and protect TalenBazaar.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, show local products, process and manage orders, support delivery, operate shop-owner platform services, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability and performance.
Administrative Access and Operations
Authorized TalenBazaar administrators may access customer, shop, order, Platform Service Fee, delivery, and operational information when needed for customer support, fraud prevention, security investigations, moderation, dispute resolution, operational support, legal compliance, and Platform Service Fee and payment operations. Access is role-based and limited to authorized personnel. Administrative actions may be logged and audited.
Customer Analytics
TalenBazaar may generate operational, sales, and customer analytics, including aggregated or merchant-facing analytics, to improve platform performance, support merchants, detect fraud, monitor business operations, and improve customer experience. TalenBazaar does not sell personal data.
Audit Logs
Security events, moderation actions, and administrative activities may be logged and retained for security, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and operational purposes.
Marketplace and Delivery Sharing
When you place an order, the relevant shop receives the customer name, phone number, delivery address, order items, quantity, and order status needed to fulfil it.
Where delivery is used, an assigned delivery partner may receive the customer name, phone number, pickup and delivery details, shop details, and item/order information needed to complete delivery. Shops and delivery partners must use this information only for the relevant order.
Photos, Camera, and Notifications
Shop owners may choose to grant camera or photo-library permission to add product images. Submitted product images and shop listing content may be stored and displayed publicly in the marketplace.
Shop owners and delivery partners may register an Expo push token, device platform, and account identifier to receive operational order and delivery notifications. Notification permission can be changed in the app and device settings.
Diagnostics, Payments, and Providers
We collect app performance, error, crash, and security diagnostics. When enabled, Sentry may receive diagnostic and performance information together with a pseudonymous account identifier and role; the app is configured not to send default personally identifiable information.
TalenBazaar does not process or store customer card, bank, or UPI credentials for product purchases. Product payments are handled directly by shops. Razorpay processes eligible shop-owner Platform Service Fee payments. We may use Supabase, Expo/device notification services, Razorpay, and Sentry to operate the service.
Data Export and Deletion
An authenticated user can request an in-app export of available account data, which may include account details, carts, orders, payment and Platform Service Fee records, consent logs, deletion requests, permissions, and shop records linked to the account.
You can submit an account deletion request in the app. We verify the request through the signed-in account and begin a review; requests currently include a 30-day retention review period. We may retain limited records for legal, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement purposes.
Security and Your Rights
We use authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, rate limits, and audit/security logging to help protect the service. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

Children and Updates
TalenBazaar is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes, including if TalenBazaar becomes operated by a registered business entity in the future. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
