These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TalenBazaar, a marketplace application that helps customers discover local shops and place orders.

Use of TalenBazaar

You agree to use TalenBazaar lawfully, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and respect other users, shops, and service providers.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, contact, location, and order information.
• Communicate respectfully with shops and support teams.
• Review order details before submitting an order.
• Handle payments, refunds, exchanges, and delivery arrangements directly with the relevant shop unless otherwise stated by that shop.

Shop Owner Responsibilities

• Keep shop information, products, pricing, availability, and contact details accurate.
• Fulfill accepted orders responsibly and communicate clearly with customers.
• Comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, licenses, product rules, and consumer protection requirements.
• Resolve customer payment, refund, delivery, quality, and service issues directly.

Subscriptions

Shop owners may purchase subscriptions to access shop features on TalenBazaar. Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay or another supported provider. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewal rules, cancellation options, and feature access may vary by plan and will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Selling prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or unlawfully sourced products.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customers, shop owners, or support staff.
• Attempting to bypass security, scrape data, disrupt service, or misuse accounts.
• Using TalenBazaar for fraud, spam, unauthorized promotions, or illegal transactions.

Marketplace Relationship

TalenBazaar provides technology that connects customers and shops. Shops are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, prices, order fulfillment, payment handling, refunds, and customer commitments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalenBazaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes between customers and shops, including disputes about payments, product quality, delivery, refunds, or shop conduct.

Service Availability

We aim to keep TalenBazaar available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or modify features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate access to TalenBazaar if an account violates these terms, creates risk, harms users or shops, breaks the law, or misuses the service. Users may stop using TalenBazaar at any time and may request account deletion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of TalenBazaar after updates means you accept the revised terms.
