Operator Status and Jurisdiction
TalenBazaar is currently operated as an independent digital platform based in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer and mandatory law, disputes will be handled by courts or authorities having jurisdiction under Indian law. These policies may be updated if TalenBazaar becomes operated by a registered business entity in the future.
Acceptance and Accounts
By creating an account or using TalenBazaar, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law, keep your account credentials secure, and provide accurate information.
Marketplace Model
TalenBazaar connects customers with independent local shops. Shops are responsible for product pricing, availability, descriptions, fulfilment, customer payment collection, refunds, replacements, and customer support. TalenBazaar does not sell physical goods, collect customer order payments, or act as merchant of record for product purchases.
Orders, Delivery, and Disputes
Product availability, preparation, delivery timing, prices, and order acceptance can vary by shop and location. Delivery partners may update pickup and delivery status for eligible orders. Concerns about products, payments, refunds, replacements, or fulfilment should first be raised with the relevant shop; TalenBazaar may review marketplace or safety issues where appropriate.
Shop and Delivery Partner Responsibilities
Shop owners must provide accurate business, product, price, payment, delivery, and contact information; keep inventory current; fulfil accepted orders; and comply with applicable law. Prohibited listings include unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe, deceptive, hateful, adult, rights-infringing, or otherwise restricted items.
Delivery partners must use customer and order information only to complete assigned deliveries, keep it confidential, maintain accurate availability, follow applicable law and safety requirements, and update delivery status accurately.
Platform Service Fees, Content, and Moderation
Razorpay is used for eligible shop-owner Platform Service Fee payments. Before paying, shop owners must review price, duration, features, renewal, cancellation, suspension, and refund information.
You remain responsible for content you submit and grant TalenBazaar permission to host, process, display, resize, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. We may review, remove, limit, or preserve content and accounts for safety, rights protection, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Platform Administration and Enforcement
TalenBazaar may approve or reject products; moderate shops and content; restrict or suspend accounts; grant, revoke, or restrict delivery access; manage Platform Service Fees, trials, limits, pricing, and entitlements; remove prohibited products; and investigate abuse, fraud, or policy violations. These actions may occur without prior notice where required for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Appeals and Grievance Process
Users may request review of administrative decisions, including product rejection, shop restrictions, delivery access removal, or account suspension, by contacting [email protected]. After review, TalenBazaar may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision.
Privacy, Data Rights, and Contact
Your information is handled under the Privacy Policy. You may use in-app Privacy Controls and Data Rights tools to record preferences, request data export, or submit an account deletion request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, or security reasons.

Limitations and Updates
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalenBazaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy; material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
