Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your TalenBazaar account at any time by contacting our support team.
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your TalenBazaar account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered name, phone number, account email, and whether your account is a customer account, shop owner account, or both.
Verification
We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before deleting it. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
Deletion Timeline
After we verify your request, we aim to delete or anonymize eligible account information within 30 days. Some backups and logs may take longer to cycle out of our systems.
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, subscription billing, or regulatory reasons. Order records involving shops and customers may be retained where necessary to support legitimate business records or legal obligations.
Effect of Deletion
Account deletion may remove access to your profile, order history, shop tools, saved preferences, and related TalenBazaar features. If you are a shop owner, active subscription access may also be affected.
